Order Cancellation & Changes Policy
- Order cancellation is allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Email, Address, Pincode & Mobile Number can be updated within 2 hours only.
- No product can be edited or added after order confirmation (except within 2 hours).
- All requests must be sent to support@maanviprintaura.com within the allowed time.

📦 Refund & Replacement Policy
- 🎥 360° Unboxing Video is mandatory at the time of delivery.
- ⏱️ Proof (video/photos) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
- 🚫 Without valid proof, refund or replacement will not be processed.
- 📧 Issues must be reported via email within 24 hours.
- 🔍 Refund/Replacement is initiated only after passing Quality Check (QC).
- ⏳ Once approved, processing starts within 48 hours.
- 🖨️ Minor color variations may occur due to printing; QC decision will be final.
Customers must raise any order-related queries within 30 days from the order date.
Requests after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.
⚠️ Wrong Information / RTO Policy
- Orders with incorrect address, pincode, or mobile number are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- If the order is returned (RTO), re-shipment is possible after receiving the parcel.
- 🚚 Extra courier charges will apply for re-shipment.
🚫 Products Not Eligible for Refund / Replacement
- No unboxing video provided.
- No valid photo/video proof.
- Complaint not reported within 24 hours.
- If QC or support team is not satisfied with the proof.
Delivery Attempts:
Maximum 3 delivery attempts will be made.
If the customer fails to receive or coordinate with the courier, the order will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
💰 Refund Timeline
After confirmation, refund will be credited within 4–5 working days
via the same payment method used during checkout.
🚚 Delivery Policy
- Standard delivery time: 5–9 business working days.
- Maximum delivery time in rare cases: 20 days.
💯 If the order is not delivered within 20 days, a full refund will be provided.
