Delivery:
We ship across India. Orders are delivered within 7–8 working days.
If the courier fails to deliver after 3 attempts, the package returns to our warehouse.
RTO orders are not refundable, but we can re-ship after you provide a new correct address.
Return / Replacement:
We offer replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement or refund request.
We do not replace items ordered in the wrong model.
Color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
