Payments

MaanviPrintAura accepts the following secure payment methods:

Shipping

We deliver across all cities in India.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–8 working days
• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

If the courier cannot deliver

If the courier makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will return to our warehouse (RTO).

• No refund will be issued for RTO orders.
• You can request re-shipping by providing a new correct address and updated contact details.
• We will dispatch it again on the next working day.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

If you want to request a replacement:

• Email us at support@maanviprintaura.com
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• We will provide you with the return shipping address
• Once we receive your returned product, we will dispatch a free replacement

We do not replace or exchange items if the wrong model or product was selected by the customer.

Please note: Due to different screen brightness/contrast settings, colors may appear slightly different. This is not considered a defect.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To approve any replacement or refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Without a valid unboxing video, no replacement or refund claim will be accepted.
